- Receiving a request from a consumer of services in a computer to consult with a service provider having at least some attributes associated with qualifications in a set of attributes that define a suitable service provider;
- Accessing a data repository that stores information pertaining to service providers and which of them are presently available;
- Being identified service providers in the computer who satisfy at least some of the attributes;
- Producing a set of available service providers that satisfy at least some of the attributes in the set of attributes to send to the consumer of services;
- Establishing an immediate, real-time communication at least using two channels between the consumer of services and the selected service provider;
